Book rooms for accommodation at Vinh Hung 3 Hotel - Hoian, Vietnam
Rose Travel Service Co., Ltd is a well-known Tour Operator Company in Vietnam with the government license number: 49-001/2009/TCDL-GP LHQT, issued by Vietnam National Administration of Tourism.
We are managing Vinh Hung 3 hotel, Vinh Hung 1 Restaurant (www.vinhhung3hotel.com - www.vinhhungrestaurant.com.vn) in Hoi An, besides that we are a family member as the corporate sale agent for Vinh Hung Hotels & Resort Group (www.vinhhunghotels.com.vn).
We make your online reservation extremely satisfying, comfortable and without apprehension over your security, privacy and concern about online reservations. All Accommodation Services on this website operate on a Pre-Payment Basis. We would require 2.75% bank fees for Master and Visa Card and 4% American Express paid by clients.
Payment Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions are an agreement between Rose Travel Service Co., Ltd (RTS), means the owner company of Vinh Hung 3 hotel which supplies accommodation / tour service and “You”mean the person who purchases and uses any accommodation / tour service on website: www.vinhhung3hotel.com or www.hoianvinhhung3hotel.com. A contract will exist as soon as we issue a confirmation invoice in response to your booking and subsequent deposit paid to us. On our part we have obligations to provide you with the accommodation / tour service you have booked on the terms clearly stated below. Your contract is entered into with RTS.
1. Privacy:
When you make a reservation on the website of Vinh Hung 3 hotel, an advance payment by credit card or bank transfer is required. All of the cost will appear with the name of Rose Travel Service Co., Ltd on your Credit Card/ Telegraphic transfer receipt.
- For your Personal Data: We ensure the security of Customer’s privacy, therefore we only use your personal data that has been given for the purposes of making bookings and providing confirmation of your reservation.
- For your account: These payments are not collected data by RTS directly but by the third party (RTS’s partner). As secure delivery of your credit card information is essential, the third party use security technology which supports by MasterCard SecureCode authenticate your credit card, ensuring that only the authorized cardholder is placing the order.
- The linking websites: This website have a linking to third party websites, this only supports and offers a secure server for your credit card payments and RTS should not take responsibility for the information usage policies of the operators of these websites.
2. Prices & Booking conditions:
Prices are quoted in US dollar and inclusive of Buffet breakfast; Government tax, service charge, Free internet access at Lobby, Restaurant, Front hotel & in-door room wireless access. Single room = One person, Twin/Double room = Two persons.
Children policy:
- No additional charge for 1 children under 12 years old if sharing existing bed.
Charge USD 5/ child/ breakfast to 2nd children from 6 to 12 years old if sharing existing bed.
- Children under 6 years old are free of breakfast
Check in/ Check out Policy:
- Check-in time is from 14:00 pm
- Check-out time is before 12:00 noon
3. Confirmation of Booking & Payment:
When your request is submited through the booking form. Our instant reply email system will send to you the confirmation for receiving this. We will check the room plan and send back to you an email to confirm the room rate and booking status. Once your booking has been made (mean the final Agreement is made between us), we will send to you a Confirmation by email for acceptance and after that is the Invoice to require a deposit or full payment at the time of booking. You have a right to re-check all the details agree with what you have booked. The following cards are accepted for payment: JCB, American Express, Visa and MasterCard.
Other payment: beside the Secured Online Payment mentioned above, if you don’t like it, we would like to recommend you some other method of payment such as:
- Payment by Cash, Traveler Cheques or Credit Card (Applied if you are in Vietnam)
- Payment by Bank Transfer to our banks (Applied in both cases you are in/ not in VN)
- Payment by Credit Card with Authorization letter (Applied in both cases you are in/ not in VN)
Disclaimer: Whilst we endeavour to process your booking request, unfortunately at times we are unable to finalize your request within this limit. Circumstances that may cause delays in replying to you include international public holidays and time zone differences. In the other cases, such as high season for tourism (not easy to hold the room), if we do not receive payment on-time, we have a right to cancel your reservation (s) automatically.
4. Deposits:
To guarantee your booking, we must require the deposit of 50% of value accomodation fees or service per person is required upon confirmation of booking tour. The rest of total value of accomodation fees or service shall be required to send us only 60 days before departure for all services by money transfer or credit card payment with all bank transfer.
For Late Reservation: A full payment is due immediately upon your tour confirmation if the reservation is made 60 days or less before first day arrival.
5. Cancellations and Refund
All cancellations must be received in writing, sent to us via fax or email. Certain accommodation and tour services will apply additional cancellation charges.
a. For the accommodation service:
- Cancellation before 72 hours prior to arrival date: No cancellation charge
- Cancellation within 72 to 48 hours prior to arrival date: Charge 1 night of total room reserved
- Cancellation within 24 hours prior to arrival date: or No Show; Full Charge on total reservation.
b. For the tour service such as:
- Train ticket service: Once ticket is issued, 35% of the total amount will be charged
- Flight ticket service: Once ticket is issued, 25% of the total amount will be charged. Except for the cheap tickets are non-refundable.
6. Refund
RTS provides refund for the cancellation follow the cancellation policy. In order for a refund to be approved, you must have a signed refund request form that must be completed in writing, and made direct to us. The refund amount will be transferred to your account which you used for payment online after deduct cancellation fee. The refund time will be made within 20 days working.
7. Complaints
In case of any complaints, clients should notify to the RTS or Vinh Hung 3 hotel in order to solve the matter quickly. In such a case, the matter will be considered and solved; and the solution will be informed to the clients as soon as possible.
