" The best budget hotel in Hoi An"

We booked 2 nights and stayed a week! We are budget travelers and over the last few months have stayed in many hotels and guesthouses on our travels in Vietnam, none of which have inspired me to write a review. Vinh Hung 3 however! The hotel has recently had a superb refit, beautiful rooms and the bathroom is 5 star - a huge rain shower with unlimited hot water - bliss.Comfy beds with crisp, white cotton linen and a fab breakfast included. The staff were brilliant, really helpful and the hotel also has a rooftop pool which was a god send after a hot day of sightseeing.

“Great place to stay”

We stayed here with friends for 2 nights and had a great time. Hoi An is a great place to stay and this hotel is very close to the town and within an easy bike ride of the beach. The breakfast was the best choice we had while in Viet Nam, self service have as much as you want style. This hotel also has a swimming pool on the roof which was an excellant way to cool off and relax before going out for the evening. Staff were friendly and helped us sort out a taxi to My Son very early one morning to arrive with the sun rise and miss the tour buses. Excellant way to see My Son almost had the place to ourselves. This hotel also has free internet use which we took full advantage off.

“Unsure where to stay in Hoi An?”

My wife and I had 5 nights here in Hoi An at Vinh Hung 3 Hotel. It is a 2 minute walk to the Old Town yes we could have saved US$10 being a few kms out but so what., we are on hols and $30 US a night was fine. We ate over the road most nights for A$10 icluding a large Saigon so how can you complain. They gave us a a free meal at this flash restaurant in the Old 1/4, 8 courses for nix and a free trip to My Son, so great value here. They have a pool to relax and the breaky was buffet style and enough to feed the Russian Army( and quite happy for you to make your lunch and grab some fruit. Hot showers in a private ensuite. Free internet, but no Skype. Bikes for hire over the roadm 1$US a day-esp to go to the beach. Hope this helps. Staff were most helpful and friendly.
